Objective

Install the structure in the house where people live. Use a sliding system with large dimensions of metal plastic at an acceptable price.

In addition:

• preserve the integrity of the building facade and the dimensions of the structure;
• get rid of the cold bridge (the previous structure was very misted);
• provide additional rigidity to the structure.

Challenge

The difficulty was that the structure was mounted directly on concrete without a thermal break. Usually, contractors do not break the cold bridge, and the customer faces all the troubles associated with improper installation of windows. Most companies simply wouldn’t undertake such a project.

What We Did

• We expanded the hole for installing the material that breaks the cold bridge along the bottom of the sliding system.
• We used a high-quality German profile with additional statics and a stiffening rib in the center of the structure.
• We installed a heat-efficient insulated glass unit (IGU) with multifunctional spraying, since it was installed on the sunny side. This solved the problem of excess UV in the room.
• We installed the DuoPort PAS furniture by WinkHaus, which has the rc2 protection degree. Thanks to this furniture, the movable part of the sliding system can move 6 mm around the entire perimeter in ventilation mode, which improves microclimate inside the room and helps to avoid the IGU misting. This is one of the most common problems encountered when installing large-size structures.
• The froth seam of the structure was sealed from two sides. Sealing is required for waterproofing and vapor sealing of joints to prevent mold.
• We installed a window screen, thus providing the best solution for protection against mosquitoes.

Result

We implemented this project, having fulfilled all the wishes and requests of the client. The facade was preserved, the cold bridge was broken – and all this was done while people lived in the building. The client got what he wanted and was completely satisfied with the work done.

Objective

Install the most energy-efficient windows, prepare the openings, and make an elegant facade seam.

Challenge

The work required special attention and accuracy. It was necessary to make an elegant facade seam of hybrid sealant. We used foamed polyethylene, precompressed sealing tape, and two types of masking tape.

What We Did

• We installed Sinego energy-efficient windows by Rehau with Siegenia Titan furniture and Siegenia Aerocontrol anti-burglary alarm sensors.
• We prepared the openings, and implemented the installation.
• We plastered the openings for better adhesion of the sealant (for better vapor sealing), filled the voids between the brick and the porotherm with foam.
• We applied Triotherm Plus by Blaugelb under the structures to break the cold bridge.

Objective

Perform dismantling. Line up the parapet, tighten it with glue and install the structure in accordance with DSTU standards.

Challenge

The first complexity was the 18th floor. It was necessary to stretch the railings to expose the balcony, and to make sealing from the facade of the building.

The weather conditions were unfavorable (strong wind), but we had to be on time, so the project was not postponed.

The customer chose us, as we showed the full competence in the matter and provided complete information about the future installation.

What We Did

• Made accurate measurements.
• Fenced off the area with tape.
• Conducted sealing from both sides on the 18th floor.
• Implemented the installation of a bay-window balcony according to DSTU standards. The work was done with the safety equipment.
• Left the site clean and tidy.

Result

Despite the difficulties, the project was implemented competently, and now the installation complies with DSTU standards. The client is fully satisfied with the result.

He noted the professionalism of the installers and left a good review of the work done.

Objective

The initial objective was to make a U-shaped structure, in which all entrance doors should have been on the left side. But finally, the client decided to introduce L-shaped glazing to implement an elevator for the disabled.

Challenge

The main difficulty was that the junction to the elevator had to be worked out in advance, when the decision on the L-shaped glazing was made. Another difficulty was the connection to the attic: to implement it, we had to further refine the welded brackets, which were not originally in the project.

Another Challenge

This project emerged before the New Year and should have been implemented BEFORE December 28. The site had to be completed IN TWO WEEKS, aluminum processors were right on the site. Not a single company in the industry could guarantee the implementation of this volume of works in such a short time.

What We Did

We installed a post-transom system, and worked out the connection at all nodes. A scissor manipulator was used. The windows were washed after the work was completed.

Result

The client was satisfied; the work was completed on time. We provided a 5-year product and installation warranty.
